There are many things that make NinjaOne a remarkable place to work and a phenomenal organization to partner with. As someone who’s worked in the space for a few decades, I’ve seen countless vendors sell well-meaning MSPs on shelfware, half-baked roadmaps, or shiny features no one cares about (or asked for). NinjaOne doesn’t work like that – and it continues to grow its customer base and ARR significantly as a result.

Growth like this doesn’t happen overnight. It’s rare. But so is the culture here. There’s a lot that makes NinjaOne special, and a lot that’s enabled this team to succeed where many others have failed. As we settle into a new year, I’d like to reiterate why our commitment to MSPs isn’t changing as we scale. In fact, it’s getting stronger.

Here’s how NinjaOne will continue to show up big for you and your business in 2026. In ways only NinjaOne can.

Simplified technology and innovative products mean market-moving opportunities

NinjaOne has an incredibly intentional focus on product innovation and development, steeped in customer feedback and informed by real conversations with MSPs in the trenches every day. I’ve never seen anything like it. We’re not interested in shipping bells and whistles you don’t need. We focus on building a platform with tools and integrations that genuinely make your life easier and help you run a better, more profitable business.

We invest thoughtfully and considerably in product development and innovation (in fact, we were just named a Leader in the 2026 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Endpoint Management Tools) and 2-3x the industry average in customer success and support. When our partners choose NinjaOne to help them modernize and streamline IT operations – putting their most critical business assets and processes in our hands – they’re putting their trust in us. We want to honor that trust (our CEO and co-founder Sal Sferlazza always says, “trust takes years to gain and a day to lose.” That’s why we’ll always put your success above our own).

Our co-founders Sal and Chris have been building alongside the MSP community for decades, and NinjaOne’s PM organization includes many past MSP owners and practitioners who are intimately familiar with what it takes to run an MSP today. With so much constantly changing, and demands and expectations shifting, there’s a lot to balance. We’re here to make your job (and by extension, your life) easier – helping you do more with less tools, less money, and less intellectual overhead. Like really easy. 71% of customers replace 4+ tools with NinjaOne¹.

Built by, and building for, the MSP community

NinjaOne’s growth is rooted in the success of our partners and customers, and as we grow, we’re committed to ensuring you grow with us.

We’ll do that in a variety of ways in 2026. By investing heavily in peer groups that are platform agnostic, designed to help MSPs operationalize excellence in your business regardless of the vendors you work with. We’ll incorporate financial benchmarking and all the things that our MSP partners want. We’ll also enhance our partner program, including our robust technical training and sales/partner enablement, to arm our partners with the resources needed to really be successful.

We’ll also host our first ever NinjaOne MSP NXT in Austin later this year – which will help MSPs capitalize on a whole new era of in-person connection, collaboration, and community. And in the meantime, we have an actual open-door policy. If you ever have any feedback on where we can improve when it comes to helping you expand and grow your business, you can give myself or Sal a call directly anytime. Genuinely – we mean that.

Beholden to those we serve.

Transparency, community, communication, and authenticity mean everything to this company. We’re deliberate in maintaining the culture and community that got us here, and our customers and partners can attest to that. We are privately controlled (Sal and Chris have a majority control of the Board of Directors), which means there’s no friction in working with us. We’re not indebted to anyone except our partners and customers. Full stop.

We hear your feedback and we use it to fuel us. Constantly improving, innovating, and iterating in a space that never stops changing.

In fact, we believe that should be the standard. In 2026, you as an MSP you should demand MORE from your vendors. MSPs deserve a partner that will do 3 things: Mitigate their risk, improve their efficiency, and help them grow business. That’s what our culture represents. We believe in building true and lasting partnerships. And that won’t change.

Though we’ll continue to evolve our platform and grow our business this year, we’re dedicated to helping you do the same. At its core, NinjaOne remains beholden to those we serve. As for our commitment to MSPs, we are only focused on strengthening that this year. Because your success is our greatest success and like any community, we’re stronger together at the end of the day. We’ll never deviate from that operating model. As we gear up for another huge year, I can’t wait to see what 2026 has in store – for our business and for yours.
