The integration between Artis and NinjaOne allows monitoring information to appear in the Artis ERP environment.

Features

Real time endpoint data​

Monitoring data is synchronized with Artis, providing instant visibility into the status of customer equipment. This allows technicians to make faster and more accurate diagnoses.​

Automatic Ticket Creation​

When an incident is detected by NinjaOne, a ticket is automatically generated in Artis. All the necessary information is pre-filled to allow for faster resolution.

Endpoint maintenance information

Endpoint data from NinjaOne is automatically integrated into Artis. Each device can be associated with a maintenance contract, allowing immediate identification of its coverage when receiving a call or a ticket.​

End user self-service

The connector also allows an end user to trigger a ticket directly from their workstation, via the NinjaOne agent. The ticket is created in the client extranet developed by Artis, simplifying the incident reporting process.​

Remote Access from Artis​

From Artis, technicians can access NinjaOne's remote access resolving incidents without switching tools.
