Overview

Telprom is a Managed Service Provider that has been supporting customers across all Slovenian industries for the past thirty years, focusing mostly on logistics and retail. They function as a one-stop-shop for their clients: maintaining IT equipment, managing on-premises data centers, delivering cloud services, running system integration projects, refreshing hardware, supporting new business processes and running cybersecurity services. Additionally, Telprom acts as an internet service provider in Slovenia’s capital, Ljubljana.

In 2022, Telprom’s technicians had enough of tools that were not able to sufficiently satisfy their needs.
