Thanks to our customers and partners, NinjaOne has once again earned a spot on the 2025 Deloitte Technology Fast 500, which recognizes the fastest-growing technology companies in North America. The honor caps a year of record growth, strategic expansion, and continued innovation focused on automating the hardest parts of IT.
A year of growth and recognition
Over the past year, NinjaOne expanded its product portfolio, achieved record sales, and deepened its commitment to customer success — maintaining a 98% CSAT score and an under-30-minute average callback time. Supported by $500 million in Series C extensions led by ICONIQ Growth and CapitalG, the company continues to invest heavily in R&D and world-class support, providing free and unlimited training, onboarding, and personalized help for every customer and partner.
“Our focus has always been on building the best experience for IT teams,” said Chris Matarese, President and CFO. “With Sal Sferlazza’s product-first leadership, we’re confident NinjaOne will keep setting the standard in the market.”
Expanding capabilities and market reach
This year, NinjaOne acquired Dropsuite, a leader in SaaS Backup and data protection, integrating secure, automated backup for endpoints, servers, M365, and Google Workspace. The company also achieved GovRAMP and FedRAMP Moderate Authorizations, reinforcing its ability to serve over 1,500 public sector organizations with rigorous cloud-security standards.
Driving innovation for IT teams
In 2025 alone, NinjaOne launched more than 250 features and enhancements, including expanded iOS support, new integrations, and Autonomous Patch Management, which uses AI-powered Patch Intelligence to help IT teams prioritize vulnerabilities and respond instantly to zero-day threats.
NinjaOne will celebrate this latest recognition for a moment, and get right back to it as the company focuses on making 2026 the best year yet for our customers and partners. Thank you all for your support.
