NinjaOne, LLC (“NinjaOne”) is excited to offer an incentive program in which certain prospective customers/customers of NinjaOne (“You”) can receive a PlayStation 5 as a gift for simply attending NinjaOne’s 2023 Roadshow at one of the listed locations (see below). If You participate in the Promotion, You agree to these Promotion terms and conditions and the NinjaOne Privacy Policy. NinjaOne reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify the Promotion and these terms and conditions without notice at any time. If You do not agree with the modifications, Your sole and exclusive remedy is to not participate in the Promotion.
1. Eligibility. In order to be eligible to participate in the Promotion:
a. You must be located in Europe or in the United Kingdom; and
b. You must attend NinjaOne’s 2023 Roadshow at one of the listed locations:
- October 19: Berlin
- November 2: London
- November 23: Milan
- December 7: Paris
2. Gifts. 1 (one) PlayStation 5 will be gifted to one random attendee per location
All disputes, claims, and actions related to this Promotion and these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law rules of any jurisdiction, and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
The Promotion may not be combined with any other promotion or discount. The offer made through this Promotion is void in any jurisdiction where prohibited.
