NinjaOne’s Demo Promotion

Terms and Conditions

NinjaOne, LLC (“NinjaOne”) is excited to offer an incentive program in which certain prospective customers of NinjaOne (“You”) may receive a gift for attending a demo of the NinjaOne software (“Promotion”), subject to these terms and conditions. If You participate in the Promotion, You agree to these Promotion terms and conditions and the NinjaOne Privacy Policy. NinjaOne reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify the Promotion and these terms and conditions without notice at any time. If You do not agree with the modifications, Your sole and exclusive remedy is to not participate in the Promotion.

1. Eligibility. In order to be eligible to participate in the Promotion:

a. You must not be a current customer of NinjaOne;
b. You must be located in Europe;
c. You must attend a demo of the NinjaOne software on or before 5:00pm CET on December 22, 2023.

Each prospective customer who meets all of these requirements is referred to as an “Eligible Prospect” below.

2. Gifts. Each Eligible Prospect will receive one of the following gifts, subject to availability:

• PlayStation 5 (only one (1) available).
• NinjaOne Swag Store gifts (which can be either a t-shirt, a mug, a beanie, a shopping bag or similar gift of equal worth, max. 25 EUR).

NinjaOne will send each Eligible Prospect an email which will include a link where he/she can claim a gift from our NinjaOne Swag Store. NinjaOne will randomly select one (1) Eligible Prospect to receive one (1) PlayStation 5.

3. Miscellaneous. To the extent that You enter into a subscription for NinjaOne software as a result of attending the demo, then, except as expressly modified herein, all terms and conditions of the applicable Order Form and EULA shall govern and apply to Your subscription and use of any NinjaOne software, including, but not limited to, those concerning renewal or termination of the subscription and/or EULA, and fees for licenses to NinjaOne software.

All disputes, claims, and actions related to this Promotion and these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law rules of any jurisdiction, and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.

The Promotion may not be combined with any other promotion or discount. The offer made through this Promotion is void in any jurisdiction where prohibited.
