Overview

Crimson Line is a South African MSP headquartered in Cape Town. The company supports organizations across various fields, including engineering, legal, retail, AI, and education, as well as schools. Their old RMM tool was a cumbersome and slow experience, which led to stagnating productivity and hindered growth. They decided it was time to find something better and switched to NinjaOne.

Unmatched service, measurable growth

Crimson Line’s team was on the hunt for the best tool and investigated other major RMM players in the market. Ultimately, they decided on NinjaOne. “With NinjaOne, we had very proactive, very helpful staff to assist with our queries. We enjoyed working with the people we met. Hence, we decided to go with NinjaOne,” remembers IT Operations Manager Victor Syrzysko, “with previous vendors, it was hard to collaborate on big deals. With NinjaOne, our account managers help us with pricing guidance and deal support. The product itself is fantastic, but the account managers are also very important.”

Improved patching from day one

Right after onboarding, Syrzysko identified the biggest value driver: higher patch compliance across all devices. “After migrating our devices, we prioritized patch management. Within three weeks, we saw significantly better patching and more reliable policy enforcement. NinjaOne delivered immediate value.”

Thanks to NinjaOne, Crimson Line significantly improved patching compliance across all managed devices. “NinjaOne surfaced several missed updates, improving our visibility dramatically,” says Syrzysko.

Integrations strengthen the stack

Not all tools can be replaced – and they don’t have to. With NinjaOne’s integrations, users can still access third-party tools through a cohesive user experience. Crimson Line utilizes the SentinelOne integration for endpoint security and the HaloPSA integration for ticketing. “The nice thing, especially on Windows, is you deploy NinjaOne and it deploys the SentinelOne agent with the EDR solution. You also get alerts when there’s an issue detected. Setting up the integration is very straightforward: linking keys and portals and putting the policy in place”, says Syrzysko.
