Chapter 1 - Why Enable or Disable Snap Layouts Host: When you hover your mouse over the Maximize button or drag your window to the top of the screen, you will encounter a feature known as Snap Layouts. These can help users arrange their windows to optimize their workspace arrangement, especially if they’re multitasking. However, some prefer not to use it as it can be distracting or unintuitive. Whichever you prefer, you can remove or enable Snap Layouts by performing one of these procedures. Chapter 2 - Three Methods to Enable or Disable Snap Layouts First, and most straightforwardly, is through Settings. Go to Settings > System > Multitasking, and click on Snap windows to open the dropdown menu. From here you can toggle it on or off to enable or disable the feature, respectively, or tick or untick one of these five options to customize your preferences. For multi-user environments, you can configure using the Registry Editor.
