Yes, Ninja Remote can be used on mobile devices. Currently, iOS and Android support screen sharing only. An IT technician can initiate a remote-control request from the NinjaOne console, but the end user must approve it. This means unattended remote sessions are not allowed, helping prevent data leaks.
NinjaOne also offers Quick Connect, which enables connections to both managed and unmanaged devices. The end user receives a NinjaOne-generated invitation code, which they enter in the NinjaOne Assist app to initiate the remote session.
