From five tools to one
ERGOS turned to NinjaOne to replace all five legacy RMMs with one secure and scalable platform. The migration began with their largest environment to ensure monitoring, automation, and patching carried over seamlessly. “There was no downtime or disruption during the cutover,” said Amalfi. “Once we had the foundation set, NinjaOne scaled immediately. Running scripts, patching, or navigating the portal all worked without lag.”
Streamlined macOS support
“The introduction of NinjaOne macOS MDM brought immediate efficiency gains for ERGOS. Amalfi explained that supporting Macs had always been a challenge. “We didn’t have the ability to install or configure software from our old tools, so we often had to send someone onsite or rely on users with admin access to help us finish the job,” he said.
That changed with NinjaOne. “With the NinjaOne macOS MDM and Remote features, we’re able to push installs and configurations directly,” Amalfi continued. “Our customer end users or onsite technicians no longer need to provide full disk access for the process to run. It’s saving our technicians hours and making Mac deployments much smoother.”
