With Performance Options Hit the Start menu and type “performance” in the search bar. Select Adjust the appearance and performance of Windows. Under the Visual Effects tab, look for a checkbox labeled “Enable Peek.” Uncheck it to disable or check it to enable. Hit Apply, then OK to save changes. Using The Registry Editor Press Win + R, type regedit, and click OK. Navigate to... Look for a value called DisablePreviewDesktop. If it doesn’t exist, create a new DWORD (32-bit) value.
