Be the one we’re hiring
There are plenty of talented people in the world. We hire the ones who make everyone around them better.
There are plenty of talented people in the world. We hire the ones who make everyone around them better.
We use five core values to guide how we hire, lead, and make decisions.
We’re big on empathy. We assume positive intent, give honest feedback, and treat each other with respect. That’s not negotiable.
We shine light on others and celebrate their achievements. We don’t take ourselves too seriously, and we know when to laugh, especially at ourselves.
Genuinely sincere leaders who treat people with kindness and respect garner a lot of trust, which creates an amazing work culture.”
We build things that matter: tools, teams, and careers. We’re hands-on and all in.

@Tony Campagnano we really appreciate all of your efforts and as @Irene Zheng mentioned this morning, you have chosen the ‘hard way, which is the right way’ to dive into solving challenges vs any band aid approaches.

Our hiring process is built on honest, two-way conversations. Our recruiters know the business, keep candidates informed, and focus on helping both sides determine if it’s the right fit, creating an experience candidates consistently describe as transparent, supportive, and refreshingly human.
Yes. Not sure which one’s the best fit? Apply anyway, our recruiters work together, and if we think you’re a better match somewhere else, we’ll pass you along to the right person.
You’ll get confirmation the moment you apply, and we’ll keep you posted from there. No radio silence.
Absolutely. Teams grow, needs change, and so do you. If it’s been six months or you’ve picked up new experience since, go for it.
If something feels off, trust that. Here’s how to check:
Usually a recruiter interview first, then between 2 to 4 rounds with the hiring team. Some roles include a technical showcase to a panel of future teammates; technical roles might include a live coding session. We move fast, but not at the expense of giving you real feedback.
Come ready to talk about real work you’ve done: what you built, what went sideways, what you’d do differently. Ask the questions you actually want answered. No memorized scripts, no rehearsed perfection, just you on your best real day.
We run interviews over Zoom, so you see the people you’ll be working with.
Yes. To help ensure a secure and authentic interview experience, we ask candidates to keep their camera on throughout virtual interviews and not use blurred or virtual backgrounds.
These practices are part of the safeguards we use to support candidate identity verification, help protect against fraudulent or AI-assisted misrepresentation, and maintain the integrity of our hiring process.
If you experience a technical issue, please let your recruiter know. If you need an accommodation that may affect your ability to meet these expectations, please contact [email protected].
Please email [email protected] any time before or during the process. We’ll make it happen, no extra hoops.
Not officially. Wear whatever makes you feel confident and comfortable; we call it “smart casual” and leave it there.
We’re looking for people who fit the culture and are genuinely good at the work, in that order of non-negotiability: builders, innovators, problem solvers, collaborators, and all-around kind humans.
Your recruiter will reach out shortly after your interview with next steps and a timeline. Have a deadline on your end? Tell them, we’ll do our best to work around it. Don’t wait for us to reach out first if you’ve got a question in the meantime.
Varies too much to give one blanket answer. Your recruiter will give you the real picture for the specific role, and the job description will always note the baseline location/office expectation.
Where a role requires it, yes. Every job posting states this clearly.
We want you supported at work and beyond. Full breakdown by region is here
One day of orientation to get set up: your equipment, your systems, and the lay of the land. Then a learning path covering general training and your team’s specifics. After that, you and your manager take the wheel.
Depends on where you and your role are based. Near a NinjaOne office? You’ll spend day one onsite for orientation and equipment pickup. Fully remote? Your gear ships to you and orientation happens virtually. Your recruiter will confirm which applies before you start.
We ship it before your first day, setup instructions included. IT is on standby if anything doesn’t cooperate.
Sooner than you’d think. Structured onboarding runs through your first weeks, but you’ll be contributing to real work early, with your manager setting clear expectations for your first 30, 60, 90 days and beyond.
We want to hear it, good or bad. If your feedback is about an experience with your recruiter, email [email protected]. For anything that comes up during the rest of the interview process, share it with your recruiter directly. We take candidate feedback seriously, so speak up – we’re listening.
Want to share your experience with other candidates, too? Leave us a review on Glassdoor. It helps others know what to expect and gives us another way to learn from your experience.
