NinjaOne Data Processing Agreement

Instructions

The NinjaOne Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) consists of two parts: (1) the main body and (2) the Standard Contractual Clauses (“SCCs”). To facilitate its execution, NinjaOne has already signed the DPA and the SCCs.

In order for you, on behalf of the NinjaOne customer, to enter into this DPA with NinjaOne, you must do the following:

1. Choose the appropriate DPA (Module 2 or Module 3 and preferred language) and click the corresponding link below;
2. Enter the appropriate information and sign on page 9 (for Module 2 SCCs) or page 10 (for Module 3 SCCs);
3. Enter the appropriate information and sign on page 25 (for Module 2 SCCs) or page 26 (for Module 3 SCCs); and
4. Send the completed DPA to NinjaOne via email to [email protected], indicating the customer’s name as it is set forth in the applicable Order Form.

The DPA will become legally binding upon NinjaOne’s receipt of the DPA via email, so long as the DPA has been properly completed. Please save a copy of the executed DPA for your own records.
