Three NinjaOne Leaders Named to CRN’s 2025 Women of the Channel List

We couldn’t be happier to share three standout leaders from NinjaOne—Lauren Baldwin (Sr. Manager, America’s Partner Marketing), Megan Imbert (Sr. Director, Marketing), and Rachel Spatz (VP, Revenue Marketing)—have been named to the 2025 CRN Women of the Channel list!

Each year, CRN honors women across the IT channel who are driving results and shaping the future of the industry. These leaders represent the best in channel-focused innovation, strategy, and execution. We’re proud to see three members of the NinjaOne team on the list in 2025.

  • Megan Imbert leads marketing for the America’s and APAC, driving revenue growth through close sales alignment and region-specific strategies. She oversees channel programs, events, webinars, and customer marketing with a focus on delivering standout customer, prospect, and partner experiences.
  • Rachel Spatz leads NinjaOne’s revenue marketing strategy, driving global demand generation and pipeline growth through digital campaigns, ABM, field events, and partner marketing. She works closely with sales to align on goals, messaging, and execution while fostering a performance-driven culture grounded in data, KPIs, and ROI.
