NinjaOne, LLC (“NinjaOne”) is excited to offer an incentive program in which certain new customers of NinjaOne (“You”) can license the NinjaOne software at 50% off for the first 12 months (“Promotion”), subject to these terms and conditions. If You participate in the Promotion, You agree to these Promotion terms and conditions and the NinjaOne Privacy Policy. NinjaOne reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify the Promotion and these terms and conditions without notice at any time. If You do not agree with the modifications, Your sole and exclusive remedy is to not participate in the Promotion.
1. Eligibility. In order to be eligible to participate in the Promotion:
a. You must not be a current customer of NinjaOne;
b. You must be a managed services provider (MSP);
c. You must enter into a subscription for NinjaOne software for at least 100 devices (“Subscription”); and
d. You must sign the Order Form for the Subscription on or before 5:00pm PST on March 29, 2024.
Each new customer who meets all of these requirements is referred to as an “Eligible Customer” herein.
2. Promotion Details. To each Eligible Customer, NinjaOne agrees to license the NinjaOne software at 50% off the standard fees for such software for the first 12 months of the Subscription.
3. Exclusions. This Promotion does not apply to any third-party software product that You may license through NinjaOne (including the fees for any such software product).
4. Miscellaneous. To the extent that You enter into a Subscription for NinjaOne software as a result of this Promotion, then, except as expressly modified herein, all terms and conditions of the applicable Order Form and End User License Agreement (EULA) shall govern and apply to Your subscription and use of any NinjaOne software, including, but not limited to, those concerning renewal or termination of the Subscription and/or EULA, and fees for licenses to the NinjaOne software.
All disputes, claims, and actions related to this Promotion and these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law rules of any jurisdiction, and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
The Promotion may not be combined with any other promotion or discount. The offer made through this Promotion is void in any jurisdiction where prohibited
