- By participating in the game (the “Game”) hosted by NinjaOne, LLC (“NinjaOne”), the participant (“You”) agrees to the Rules of Play set forth herein and/or as otherwise displayed or described by NinjaOne.
- You may play the Game only during the times permitted by NinjaOne, only within the areas permitted by NinjaOne, and only under the supervision of a NinjaOne employee.
- Your receipt of any prize is subject to its availability. The prizes will be given away on a first-come-first serve basis. However, if You win a prize that is no longer available, You may continue to play the Game until You win a prize that is available (unless instructed otherwise by a NinjaOne employee).
- Depending on the prize won, You may receive it immediately upon winning or You may receive it at a later time via shipment to be mutually arranged between You and NinjaOne.
