Lazeo is an internationally renowned company specializing in beauty and wellness services. Since its creation, it has established itself as a benchmark in the industry thanks to its expertise, cutting-edge technology and personalized approach. Lazeo’s services include aesthetic medicine, advanced laser treatment, facial and body treatments, nutrition, and cosmetic microsurgery. Pierre-Alexandre, CIO for the Lazeo brand within the BSI Group, shares his experience with NinjaOne and the efficiency gains he has been able to achieve thanks to our solution.

Before choosing NinjaOne, Lazeo managed a total of 150 beauty centers in Belgium and France with a fleet of 650 terminals. Pierre-Alexandre joined Lazeo as CIO at the end of 2022 to optimize internal IT services and reduce dependence on external providers. The main objective was to have a detailed inventory with a global vision of the IT equipment, whether for employees in the office or teleworking.

Three solutions have been shortlisted: Atera, NinjaOne, and N-able RMM. After an initial assessment, Atera was dismissed. The final decision then fell on N-able and NinjaOne.

Why did Lazeo choose NinjaOne?

The choice fell on NinjaOne. Indeed, Lazeo intends to expand its geographical presence by entering the German market. The company plans to add 700 more terminals in the coming years. So, the main reason why NinjaOne was chosen was scalability.

« We are a growing company. Effective scalability, both technical and financial, is essential. NinjaOne allows us to grow our IT operations. »

When he compared him to N-able, Pierre-Alexandre found that NinjaOne’s agent was lighter and easier to deploy. In addition, N-able’s business model seemed too complicated and less scalable.

Thanks to NinjaOne’s simplicity, its level of automation has improved. Pierre-Alexandre mentions a few examples: deploying software, running scripts en masse to modify the configuration of certain software, adding a network drive on all workstations or harmonizing the wifi configuration on all laptops. The gain in efficiency is significant.

In order to maximize his visibility on his IT estate, Pierre-Alexandre uses two complementary methods: on the one hand, he uses Ninja’s reports, and on the other hand, he has integrated NinjaOne with his Microsoft PowerBI.
