Since 2016, Managing Director Udo Kring has been offering IT services with avanito with a focus on certification, consulting, IT services and IT security with a focus on the automotive industry.

It all started with Solarwinds MSP. The search for a new RMM

After further research and testing of other RMM software, avanito came across NinjaOne. “We also looked at other competitors like Datto, but unfortunately at the time we realized that it wasn’t possible to control endpoints with a Mac laptop with Datto. That’s why they fell out of our selection directly,” says Managing Director Udo Kring. He also reports that NinjaOne was particularly convincing because of its user-friendly management platform. The clarity, the granular and intuitive structure, as well as the function of end-user sharing were the decisive factors for avanito, which is why they chose NinjaOne. Through the end-user sharing feature, avanito can grant end-users easy remote access to their local workstations with granular permissions.

Work easily and reliably with NinjaOne

avanito primarily uses NinjaOne’s patch management. With one patch for more than 135 applications, a wide range of software can be covered for customers for servers and clients.

NinjaOne’s policy management allows avanito to tailor IT automation to individual customers. This allows avanito to automate everyday administrative tasks and focus on other areas of responsibility due to the time saved.

Furthermore, CEO Udo Kring reports that they use NinjaOne’s reports, which can be individually adapted. In addition to the advantage of being able to show all relevant resources, processes and results, the NinjaOne Report is also visually well presented so that it can be forwarded directly to the customer. CEO Udo Kring also reports that the NinjaOne IT Asset Monitoring and Notifications feature is used to its full extent to keep track of all endpoint activity.
