Matt Hastings is Vice President of Product Management at NinjaOne, where he leads the development and strategy behind key endpoint management and security initiatives. With more than a decade of experience in cybersecurity, Matt has worked across incident response, risk management, and security operations, helping organizations strengthen their security posture while simplifying IT operations. Prior to joining NinjaOne, he held leadership roles at companies including Tanium and Red Canary, where he focused on building scalable security programs and products. At NinjaOne, Matt works closely with engineering, security, and customer teams to deliver products that help IT organizations automate and secure increasingly complex endpoint environments. Known for his customer-first mindset and collaborative leadership style, he is passionate about creating practical, scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency and reduce risk.
