NinjaOne, LLC (“NinjaOne”) is thrilled to offer an exclusive incentive program in which certain prospective customers (“You”) may enter a raffle to win an all-inclusive trip for a team of up to 3 people to the Roadshow event of NinjaOne’s choosing (“Promotion”), subject to these terms and conditions. By participating in the Promotion, You agree to these terms and conditions as well as the NinjaOne Privacy Notice. NinjaOne reserves the right to modify or cancel the Promotion at any time, without notice. If You do not agree with any modifications, Your sole remedy is to not participate in the Promotion.

1. Eligibility
   To be eligible to participate in the Promotion:
   
   1. You must not be a current customer of NinjaOne;
   2. You must not be a Managed Services Provider (MSP);
   3. Your headquarters must be located in Germany; and
   4. You must register to attend a NinjaOne Summer Roadshow event before 12:00am CEST on August 31, 2025.

   Each participant meeting all these criteria is referred to as an “Eligible Participant.”

2. Prizes
   Each Eligible Participant will be entered into a raffle to win an all-inclusive trip to the 2025 NinjaOne Summer Roadshow event in Munich or Berlin, including:
   
   • Round-trip airfare
   • Hotel accommodations (one night)
   • Meals and local transportation during the Roadshow

   NinjaOne will select four raffle winners at random and notify each one via email. Each winner will have 5 business days following such notification to confirm whether he/she can attend the event and to select the location of the event he/she wants to attend. If any winner fails to provide such confirmation or is unable to attend an event, a new winner will be drawn. Odds of winning depend on the total number of Eligible Participants.

3. Conditions
   NinjaOne shall have the sole right to arrange and manage the travel and accommodations provided by NinjaOne under this Promotion, including, but not limited to, selecting the airline, airport locations, departure and arrival dates and times, hotel, hotel room(s), and the providers and/or types of meals during the event and local transportation. NinjaOne shall use commercially reasonable discretion in making such selections. The total cost of all travel and accommodations to be paid by NinjaOne under this Promotion shall not exceed €2000.
4. Miscellaneous
   Participation in this Promotion does not guarantee any other promotional benefits or discounts from NinjaOne. Any disputes arising out of this Promotion will be governed by the laws of Texas, USA, and exclusive venue for any such disputes will lie within Travis County, Texas, USA.

This Promotion cannot be combined with any other offers. The offer made through this Promotion is void where prohibited.
