Petit Comitè sits at the heart of a Catalan culinary story that began in 1869, when the Gaig family opened its first restaurant in Barcelona. Five generations later, chef Carles Gaig now leads Petit Comitè with the same dedication to traditional Catalan cooking that has defined the family’s legacy, serving heritage recipes passed down for over 150 years alongside seasonal, locally-sourced dishes. This blend of history and craftsmanship creates a warm, intimate setting well suited for meaningful discussions and a comfortable dinner experience after a busy day at Gartner IT Symposium Xpo.
