Description
The NinjaOne SaaS Backup dashboards enable you to view and manage your SaaS backups from a single, central location. You can view NinjaOne SaaS Backup information from two levels: the global level, for an overview of all organizations, or from the organization level, for a more detailed view of each account in an organization.

Global-Level Dashboard
To view the global-level dashboard, in your NinjaOne instance:
- Navigate to Dashboard → Backup.
- In the Backup drop-down menu, select SaaS → Ov
NinjaOne will display the global-level SaaS backup overview dashboard.

The global overview aggregates seat usage counts and backup information as follows:

Usage
- Total seats: This column shows all licenses in use across all organizations.

Results
- Success: Show all backups across all organizations that have completed without issue.
- Retrying: View the total number of backup jobs for all organizations that did not initiate or complete as expected. NinjaOne is reattempting these jobs.
- Running: Show all backup jobs in progress for all organizations that are currently in progress.
The columns in the global backup table provide the following details:
- Organization: Organization name
- Status: Shows whether backups are activated or deactivated for the organization
- Region: The geographic region where the backup data resides, based on your region selection during setup
- Plan name: Name of the plan
- Plan Type: The NinjaOne SaaS Backup plan (Backup or Archiver)
- Total seat usage: The number of seats you are currently backing up
Organization-Level Dashboard
To view the organization-level dashboard:
- From the left navigation bar, click Dashboard.
- Enter the organization name in the Organizations search box to access the main organization-level dashboard.

- From the main organization-level dashboard, click the Backup tab and select SaaS → Overview from the drop-down menu to access the organizational-level NinjaOne SaaS Backup dashboard.

The organization-level SaaS overview aggregates seat usage counts and backup information as follows:

The columns in the organization-level SaaS backup table provide the following details:
- Account: Account name
- Type: Type of account
- Service: Service being backed up (Office 365, Google Workspace)
- Last backup result: Whether the last backup succeeded
- Last backup date: Date and time of the last backup
