NinjaOne’s Trial Promotion

Terms and Conditions

NinjaOne, LLC (“NinjaOne”) is excited to offer an incentive program in which certain prospective customers of NinjaOne (“You”) can receive a prize for simply trialing the NinjaOne software and an additional prize for entering into a subscription for the NinjaOne software as a result of the trial (“Promotion”), subject to these terms and conditions. If You participate in the Promotion, You agree to these Promotion terms and conditions and the NinjaOne Privacy Policy. NinjaOne reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify the Promotion and these terms and conditions without notice at any time. If You do not agree with the modifications, Your sole and exclusive remedy is to not participate in the Promotion.

1. Eligibility. In order to be eligible to participate in the Promotion:

a. You must not be a current customer of NinjaOne; 

b. You must be located in Europe;

c. You must begin an active trial of the NinjaOne software between 8:00am CET on August 26, 2024 and 5:00pm CET on September 13, 2024 (the “Trial”);

d. You must deploy at least 3 NinjaOne agents during the Trial; and

e. You must meet with a NinjaOne Account Executive at least once during the Trial.

Each prospective customer who meets the requirements in a. through e. above is referred to as an “Eligible Trial Prospect” below.

In order to be eligible to participate in the Subscription phase of the Promotion:

f. You must qualify as an Eligible Trial Prospect; and

g. You must sign an order form to subscribe to the NinjaOne software between 8:00am CET on August 26, 2024 and 5:00pm CET on September 27, 2024 (the “Subscription”).

Each prospective customer who meets the requirements in f. and g. above is referred to as an “Eligible Subscription Prospect” below.

2. Prizes. Each Eligible Trial Prospect will receive the following prize:

3. Promotion Details. You must actively participate in the trial in order to receive either prize. The meeting with the NinjaOne Account Executive may last up to 60 minutes.

4. Miscellaneous. To the extent that You enter into a subscription for NinjaOne software as a result of participating in this Promotion, then, except as expressly modified herein, all terms and conditions of the applicable Order Form and End User License Agreement (EULA) shall govern and apply to Your subscription and use of any NinjaOne software, including, but not limited to, those concerning renewal or termination of the subscription and/or EULA, and fees for licenses to NinjaOne software.

All disputes, claims, and actions related to this Promotion and these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law rules of any jurisdiction, and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.

The Promotion may not be combined with any other promotion or discount. The offer made through this Promotion is void in any jurisdiction where prohibited.
