Today, we're very excited to announce that Gavin Stone has joined the NinjaOne team as our newest Product Lead. After over fifteen years in managed services, Gavin will be applying his wealth of technical skills, expertise, and industry knowledge to improving the NinjaOne platform, specifically focusing on the core RMM product and on one of his biggest areas of interest — reporting.

Prior to making the jump to Ninja, Gavin was CTO at United Kingdom-based Impact Computing and Consulting, a highly successful MSP, where he delivered technological change and architected end-to-end solutions for the company and its clients.
In addition to his work at Impact, Gavin has consulted for a number of companies that offer RMM and PSA consultancy internationally. He regularly shares technical how-to tips alongside clear-eyed commentary on his popular blog Gavsto, and he actively supports and contributes to several MSP community groups including MSPGeek, which has over 18,000 community members.

More recently, Gavin has also played an important role in the open source CIPP project, driving critical feature developments such as the Domain Analyser and Best Practices Analyser.
